The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Wage and Hour Division has updated the Federal Minimum Wage and Employee Polygraph Protect Act posters, both of which are mandatory for all employers to post at their place of business.
As a benefit of your continued LSBA membership, we are providing you with FREE copies of these new federal posters. The new Federal Minimum Wage and Employee Polygraph Protection Act posters are enclosed with the mailed version of the September newsletter. To be in compliance with these new posting requirements, simply put the new posters over the old panels on the All-in-One labor laws poster set that LSBA has provided your business.

The new Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster has been updated to reflect changes to the appropriate contact information for the DOL and to remove the reference to the penalty amount for violation of the law.
